The exclusive private villa is exceptionally well maintained featuring advanced technologies (smart-house) with stunning minimalistic yet chic design. The interior space has a sophisticated pure touch of luxury that gives interior space a timeless, soothing ambience.

We have created a minimalistic space that is also both concise and monochrome. All equipment and storage systems are maximally hidden and not visible to the eye. The materials that we use in this project are painting the walls in monochrome and restrained colors. The use of classic elements in the form of moldings and cornices became a feature of the interior; mirrors behind the TV, expanding the space; a sliding partition that separates the sleeping area and the living room.
